Are you on a diet and need to burn more fat?
This 4 week course is designed for people who may already be on a diet & need a boost to their weight loss.
The 45 minute class will get your pulse racing, muscles working & sweat flowing!
Part of the class will include "interval training" which has been shown* to improve fat loss from the body.
You do not need to be on a diet to attend the class, but if weight loss is your goal this class will SUPPORT your healthy eating habits.
For even better results towards a leaner lighter you, combine the course with a calorie restricted diet and work hard towards your weight loss target across the 4 weeks!
