Suitable for all ages & abilities, you will have the choice of doing the Bootcamp Class, Zumba or Fitness Pilates.
The programme includes 2 exercise classes per week over the 4 weeks.
No, you will also be doing a cardio workout in the programme, which I will discuss in the FREE taster session.
It is £79.00 for the four weeks.
You will get 2 Fitness Pilates classes per week, over the 4 weeks. You will receive a nutrition pack, including healthy recipes, daily emails to motivate & encourage you. I am available also to text or call, should you need extra support to keep on track.

Bridget has been working as a Fitness Professional for over 5 years and delivers up to 14 classes per week. She feels passionately that exercise should be available to all people no matter how old, overweight or unfit. She creates courses that are friendly and welcoming, which generate a strong sense of belonging.
She trained in "Exercise to Music" with the YMCA and started teaching aerobics. In 2008 she trained in Fitness Pilates & sees benefits amongst her students of their backs being stronger, more flexible & also finding they have an overall sense of "wellbeing". In 2009 she took the Zumba course in Utrecht. Zumba is a dance fitness programme which incorporates Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Belly Dancing, Flamenco & Hip Hip to name but a few! This year she increased her knowledge of the more complicated dance steps with the B2 Zumba qualification. She delivers up to 6 classes a week in the community.
